Withdraw from a gift code purchase
Did you buy a gift code 14 days ago or less? You can withdraw from that purchase here, without giving a reason. The code is canceled and its price is refunded to the payment method you used, no later than 14 days after your request.
The books themselves, being personalized, do not carry this right (terms of sale, article 7).
