Have your books printed

Did you receive The Book of the Character or The Practical User Manual of the Character as a PDF, without printing? You can have it printed later, as long as we keep your data: 30 days or 3 years after delivery, depending on the choice made when ordering.

  • You pay for printing and shipping to your country (France, European Union, United States, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico): the price is shown as soon as you enter the shipping address. In France, printing and shipping included: €31 for The Book of the Character, €25 for The Practical User Manual of the Character, €43 for both.
  • You have nothing to send: we recreate the print files using your saved order information.

The order that brought you the book

It is in the confirmation email, for example ENC-2026-0042. If the book came with an add-on, give the add-on's number.

The one where you received your books. Books received as a gift: your address, not that of the person who gave them to you.
